Craigslist Says What????

I heard through the grapevine, (okay from Mom), that a friend of theirs had recently gotten fed up with animals under his care and supervision. His solution: put them up for sale on Craigslist. Oh horror of horrors! I went to this "Craigslist" and found that most anything can be bought and sold with the click of a mouse. There were lots of gentlemen looking for a "furry buddy" to stroke and curl up with. I can only imagine they are in need of a pet. I do not want to be that pet.

Now, I highly doubt Mom and Dad would ever do this to me, despite all the havoc I cause. I also learned the friend came to his senses and took the posts down. He even went so far as to obtain another animal to add to the menagerie! However, I also learned this friend has a wife who is pregnant. What have I been saying about babies pushing the animals out of the house!? It looks like it could be happening again. I will be keeping an eye on Mom. As long as she keeps popping open those beer bottles, I think I'm in the clear.
